The company boasts an average client length of 5+ years with some large enterprise clients on board for 10+ years.
Our client has seen a significant increase in business partners over the last 18 months resulting in a higher demand for professional software staff. With additional support being the primary concern, demand in the Twin Cities for the skills desired continues to increase. The goal was to find an individual with senior level experience, and able to hit the ground running while working with a Fortune 500 company upon arrival. Our client proceeded with SkyWater on a contingent basis to identify a fitting candidate.
SkyWater initially lined up between 10-15 candidates within the Java platform that also had extensive experience with the Groovy/Grails technologies and the AngularJS framework. In addition to the technical expertise, our client required a candidate with a natural culture fit, given the team atmosphere they have created.
