Our client is a new startup software company that is committed to providing a viable client-focused experience through its one-of-a-kind product platform.

They are seeking to add an Account Executive to their sales team that is in a stage of hyper-growth to help build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. This individual will need to be a self-starter with a very competitive and hardworking attitude and have a proven track record of success in B2B sales. This opportunity is dependent on “hunting” meaning, this individual will need to qualify new clients through its newly implemented CRM system loaded with 20K warm leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, product demonstrations, and maintaining a pipeline of business. Experience using Salesforce is a plus. This position will be reporting directly and work closely with the Sales Director. They compensate “very-well” through competitive base salary plus a commission that will have you realizing OTE’s of $100K. In addition, to health benefits, 401K with match, and have a culture that offers company happy hours and the ability to work from home on occasion.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Min. 1-3 years of outbound B2B sales experience, software sales is preferred.
  • Proven ability and experience in performing the full sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibility and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
