Responsibilities
· Preparing and posting month-end journal entries · General Ledger preparation and Financial Statement Reporting · Process and administer Accounts Receivable · Process and administer Accounts Payable · Perform monthly Account Reconciliations · Calculate and adjust monthly Balance Sheet accruals · Calculate, process, and remit Sales and Use Tax · Calculate commissions for multiple compensation plans · Track Inventory · Update Sample Pricing and Price Lists as new Lists and Products are introduced · Administer and Train Software
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements: · Two years of related accounting experience · Quickbooks or Quickbooks Enterprise experience · Proficient with Excel · Good written and verbal skills · Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
