Accounting Manager
I’m thrilled to be partnering with one of my favorite hiring managers of all time to add an Accounting Manager to his team. Having known this hiring manager for 10+ years, I can say with 100% confidence that he is one of the best people you could ever work for – personable, relatable, extremely smart, and someone who simply cares about the people he works with and interacts with on a daily basis!
For this role I need –
• 5+ years of experience
• 2+ years of public accounting experience (and I WOULD take someone straight from public!!!)
• Passionate about joining a fast-paced environment
My ideal candidate is located in the Twin Cities (extremely hybrid and flexible work schedule), though the hiring manager would consider someone remote for this role!

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute month-end close to ensure financial statements are in accordance with GAAP and company policies
- Review and approve account reconciliations and complex journal entries
- Manage accounting team
- Partner with internal/ external auditors
- Other ad hoc procedures, as deemed necessary
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of progressing accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Public accounting experience required
- Active CPA preferred
- Passionate about joining a fast-paced environment
