SkyWater has been engaged by a well-respected Commercial Real Estate company here in the Twin Cities to help them find a talented individual to join their Property Management team.  This person will primarily be responsible for managing portfolio correspondence to and from clients, tenants and vendors as directed by Property Managers.

We have partnered with this company for many years and have a ton of respect for the founder and his leadership team! This company focuses on class A medical buildings (they own and operate roughly 5M square feet of healthcare real estate), and they are looking for an experienced Administrative professional to help support all aspects of their Property Management team.

Desired Skills and Experience

Excellent customer service skills, ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude and strong work ethic. Desire to be in a role with a high variety of duties. Working knowledge of Yardi accounting platform is a plus. 3 -5 years property management experience is a bonus.
