With a proven track record for developing talent and a strong pedigree – foundation in Big 4 and progressed quickly through global public companies – you’ll learn how to run a business, partner cross functionally and build a team.
Looking for someone who is an analytical problem solver with a process improvement mindset and hungry to grow their career. They operate in a meritocracy environment and you’ll be promoted based on your production, not years of service.
Ideally looking for someone with a public accounting/industry mix and open what industry you come from. If too light for this Assistant Controller we are also helping her find an Accounting Manager that may be a fit. Looking for the same non-tangibles.
