Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney
SkyWater Search is partnering with a Twin Cities law firm with a national Bankruptcy Litigation practice to add an Attorney to its team. This person will work on some of the biggest bankruptcy cases throughout the country, with a focus on avoidance/preference actions. This is a great opportunity to work with top bankruptcy professionals and litigate in federal bankruptcy court.
An ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in bankruptcy or comparable federal litigation practice, with exposure to quality legal writing, mediation, depositions, motion practice, and discovery processes. Must be passionate about a career in bankruptcy, including networking at national conferences.
This firm is looking for an associate they can invest in long term. There is ample opportunity for advancement and growth. The office is in the suburbs with a hybrid schedule. No billables minimum since most of the work is contingent.
