BIM Designer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Designer with at least 3 years of experience, specializing in Revit and 3D BIM. Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and models using Revit and 3D BIM.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fellow designers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate the coordination and integration of design elements across various disciplines.
- Review and enhance designs to improve functionality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Contribute technical insights and solutions during project meetings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including design reports, material lists, and cost estimates.
- Verify the accuracy of designs before final approval and submission.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and practices in agricultural design and drafting.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Designer.
- Proficiency in Revit and 3D BIM software.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and design principles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work.
Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
