Business Development Consultant
SkyWater is partnering with a capital planning and consulting firm here in Minneapolis. They develop and execute large-scale capital facilities projects for customers throughout Minnesota.
They are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Business Development Consultant. This individual will be focused on growing business by securing and executing on new projects. They will need excellent relationship building and consulting skills, calling on decision makers for government entities and municipalities. Experience in the education sector is highly desirable!

Responsibilities
- Develop, strategies and processes to identify opportunities, establish action planes, and drive sales
- Build and manage long-term client relationships, focusing on client satisfaction
- Leader project teams to ensure milestones are met
- Track and monitor sales requirements and results
- Communicate value proposition by offering comprehensive solutions to current and prospective clients
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3-5+ years of business development experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in education or architectural design & planning
- Consultative sales approach
- Experience with capital sales desirable
- Strong presentation skills
