Our client is a 13 year old technology company headquartered in Minneapolis. They have created a SaaS-based platform to connect companies that have needs in IT, software, technology and security. They have experienced tremendous year over year growth and have been voted as a top workplace in Minneapolis the last 5 years running! They are looking to add a Senior Business Development Representative to their team. This position will work with the outside sales and the marketing teams to help drive revenue. There is a clear path of advancement in this role within 12-18 months. They are offering competitive base pay, monthly commissions, full benefits package as well as annual President's Club opportunities which all members this year hit.

Responsibilities

  • Consultative selling into C-Level execs, directors, IT managers
  • Develop new leads as well as work warm leads from marketing and outside sales teams
  • Manage sales funnel and target key companies with client’s SaaS based platform and services

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • Strong executive presence
  • Ability to carry full sales cycle
