CFO
SkyWater is excited to partner with a local, family owned, manufacturing company in the west metro to help them find their next CFO. This person will be the top accounting/ finance person with the company and will report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities
- Review and analyze monthly/year-end accounting activity, prepare financial statements, and review them with upper management
- Work with accounting firm providing annual tax preparation information, answering questions, and making suggested journal entries when needed
- Work with vendors to purchase, monitor, and make changes to business insurance, health insurance, and 401K funds.
- Participate in the continuous improvement process on site to address safety, operations, and quality improvements
- Complete all company required training as scheduled (e.g., Safety, Facility Security, Cybersecurity, Emergency Action Plan, ISO 9001:2015 QMS, Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
Desired Skills and Experience
- Advanced level experience with Excel and other Microsoft products
- Experience with Great Plains software
- Experience with Business insurance
- Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Experience supervising people at multiple levels
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, a BS degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
