Chief Human Resources Officer
Our client is a privately held financial services firm, located in the southern suburbs of Des Moines, IA. With a little over 1000 employees, they are looking for a proven HR Executive to enhance the function and support the organization in their continued growth.
If you have a strong track record of building high performing HR teams that deliver excellence, inspire engagement and innovation, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and directly manage the delivery of all HR solutions to the business including Business Consultation, Compensation Design and best practices, Total Rewards, Talent Strategy, Employee Relations, Culture, Engagement Strategy, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Development Strategy, HR Communication, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Budgets, Vendor Selection and Management and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
- Provide strategic consultation and guidance to senior leaders related to the implementation and management of the people strategy, business initiatives and organizational changes to optimize roles and responsibilities.
- Serve as strategic business partner, coach and advisor to executives, helping them to grow as business and people leaders and as a team.
