Commercial Property Manager
SkyWater search is representing a nimble, entrepreneurial Real Estate Development firm who is looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Manager for three of their commercial office buildings in the Twin Cities.
The company is growing, is highly strategic, and views the Minneapolis market as a key driver for growth of the company. The Property Manager will have strong client service skills, a desire to work in a dynamic, high energy environment and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
Responsibilities
As the Real Estate Manager you will provide day-to-day operations management of the properties assigned to you while emphasizing positive response to concerns of tenants and meet the investment objectives of the owner. As a member of an entrepreneurial team, you will be exposed to multiple facets of real estate ownership and will have the opportunity to assume greater responsibility as the company grows. This position is based in Minneapolis, MN and may require some travel.
Desired Skills and Experience
3+ years working within the administrative side of real estate, preferably with experience in commercial properties. Advanced communication, customer service and prioritization abilities are highly regarded.
