Compliance Director
SkyWater Search Partners has partnered with a billion dollar investment management firm in its search for a Compliance Director in New York City.
The Compliance Director will be oversee all internal reporting in accordance with the SEC; handle regulatory and compliance filing; and oversee compliance related processes. SEC and/or FINRA experience is required and knowledge of Form ADV and Form PF/PQR is preferred. Candidates with a legal background/JD are encouraged to apply.
