Controller
We are working with a $120M heavy manufacturing company that is looking to add a Controller to their team. This company has a rich history of 100+ years and recently brought in a new leadership team who is making strides in the business by working closely and collaborating with the PE investors as they have good track records of dealing with Niche industries like this.
They are needing an individual who is going to “roll up their sleeves” and has the hunger and drive to improve processes and restructure the controllership function for one of their divisions ($30M P&L). Once this individual has been integrated into the business this role will elevate into owning accounting for the entire business. You’ll partner closely with all parts of the business which requires travel – 50% for the first 3 months as you build relationships cross functionally and then 25% thereafter alongside the FP&A Manager.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience
- Manufacturing Background Preferred.
- Cost Analysis/General Controllership Knowledge.
