Controller
We are working with a $120M PE manufacturing company. This company has a rich history of over 100 years and they have brought in a new leadership team who is investing in accounting, finance, systems and building out processes to help scale their business.
The roll will have full P&L ownership (accounting and finance responsibilities) and looking for someone who can “roll up their sleeves” and has the hunger and drive to improve processes while also being able to look at the big picture and present to executives. Once this individual has been integrated into the business the role will elevate into owning accounting for the entire business. You’ll partner closely with all parts of the business which requires 50% travel for the first 3 months and then 25% thereafter.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience
- Manufacturing Background Preferred.
- Cost Analysis/General Controllership Knowledge.
