Controller
We’re partnered with a rapidly growing boutique real estate private equity investment fund to find their Controller. Based in River North, our client has experienced significant growth in the last few years and is leveraging Chicago as a major hub.
The role reports directly to the CFO and will be responsible for spearheading all accounting & finance-related functions for properties owned by our client, reviewing internal and external statements, and building a team.
This individual must be strategically oriented while also having the ability to drive tactical functions in a fast-paced environment, with aspirations to continue to grow and advance their own leadership careers.
The ideal candidate will have mastered the fundamentals of accounting, have a track record of progression/promotion in their career, and a possess outstanding leadership characteristics.
