Corporate Controller
We are working with a global PE backed professional service firm that is HQ’d in Chicago with a great culture and track record of developing leaders.
You’ll report directly to the CFO and help shape/scale the accounting department as they continue their aggressive growth. Their entrepreneurial culture promotes based on performance, not tenure and they have some of the highest retention rates in their space so you’ll be surrounded by people who want to make an impact, take pride in the work they do and the company they work at and be exposed to all levels of management.
You’ll lead the entire accounting function and be mentored from the CFO to gain valuable finance experience and work directly with the PE firm and the Executive Leadership team.
Ideal background is someone who has a strong public accounting foundation and industry experience across M&A/purchase accounting, subsidiary accounting and has scaled a function during rapid growth.
