We have been retained to find a longstanding PE backed client their next Corporate Controller reporting directly to a CFO we placed a year ago. They have a track record of building world class accounting & finance organizations and have multiple exits under their belt so you’ll learn the ins and outs of how to run a business.
They are an industry leading manufacturer with HQ in the Twin Cities and operate in a hybrid/flexible environment. We are looking for someone who wants to make a big impact, drive transformation and change, lead a large team and tighten up controls and processes. The team has been investing heavily in talent, systems and processes and have a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
