Corporate M&A Associate – Houston
SkyWater is assisting a leading global law firm with its search for a Corporate M&A Associate to join its Houston office. Other locations will be considered.
Candidates should have general corporate law firm experience, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity. In addition, ideal candidates should have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Experience from mid- to large-size law firms is preferred.
