Corporate Paralegal
SkyWater Search has been retained by a growing, mid-size public company to hire a senior paralegal.
This person will help prepare Board and Committee materials, including drafting agendas, resolutions, and minutes; assist with trademark and patent matters; and provide support to the legal team as it relates to basic corporate documents, contracts, and vendor management. Candidates must have at least three years of corporate in-house or law firm experience as a paralegal. For the right person, this position can be remote (with occasional travel).
