This is a fun one for us! Our client has been recognized as the industry leader in development, manufacturing and packing of nutritional supplements (in a variety of forms) and are extremely reputable in the market.  They are looking to find their next Customer Services Manager to join their growing team. Our client has seen tremendous growth over the past several years and they don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. 

The prime responsibility of the Customer Services Manager is to manage customer demands and work to deliver on time and exceptional work for existing clients. The role requires this person to successfully manage and champion their commercial client relationships and drive the business forward by achieving client requirements.

The ideal candidate thrives working in a fast paced environment, where no day is the same, and has a basic understanding of the manufacturing world. If you like to manage a team and work with very high end and reputable national accounts in this industry-this role could be for you!


  • Manage clients in all commercial activities from entry and management of incoming purchase orders, on time delivers, fulfillment, etc
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within the company
  • Mentor, train and develop the Client Services Team

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ability to lead, motivate, train and manage a team
  • Understanding of the manufacturing industry
  • Has management experience in a team setting
  • Self starter who has experience working in a fast paced environment and has good business judgement
