Data Architect (Azure)
SkyWater has partnered with a medium-sized, Twin Cities-based company in the medical device industry. If you’re looking for a true Engineering-focused position at a fast-growing company in a Cloud environment at the forefront of an enterprise system where you’ll be contributing alongside a senior team and will be responsible for impactful decisions, we want to hear from you.
This company has been around for 10+ years as they continue to develop cutting edge software, firmware and hardware that is changing the lives of thousands of their customers/patients. We are targeting a strong, technical contributor to fill a brand new need in Data Architecture.
To be a fit, we are looking for a degree in Computer Science/Engineering and 7+ years of professional experience in a cloud environment. We are also looking for a exposure to technologies along the lines of Azure products/tools, Snowflake, Dynamics CRM and Big Data platforms and services.
We need someone willing to get their hands dirty and is able to communicate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization. This person will have a lot of visibility to their work.
This is a salaried position complete with benefits & bonus. Must be local to MN (hybrid), and cannot require sponsorship.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4 year degree (EE, CS, CE)
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Strong technical skills within Data Architecture, Azure Cloud and Engineering
- Strong Project Management skills
- Local to Minnesota
