We are partnering with our client to find their next Digital Marketing Analyst for recruiting, that starts with you. In this role, you will manage our client’s job board and digital ad campaigns and dig into the data to uncover trending jobseeker behavior to inform our recruitment marketing strategy – attracting top talent!

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid search campaigns across multiple job boards and digital advertising mediums to meet our client's recruitment advertising goals.
  • Prepare regular reporting and analysis on overall recruitment and advertising effectiveness.
  • Monitor, review and make campaign / budget recommendations based on keyword / campaign performance, hiring forecasts and market influences to optimize performance.
  • Work with leadership to refine recruitment advertising campaign targeting and job board spending.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience managing paid search programs or job boards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
