Director, Enterprise Applications
SkyWater has been retained by a $150m PE-backed organization in the Twin Cities Metro to find a Director of Enterprise Applications. This is an established company and industry leader with 450 employees and trending at 30% year-over-year growth.
In efforts to continue this growth trajectory, we have been tasked with recruiting a leader within the Technology department, overseeing all Enterprise Applications including the ERP system and back-office IT infrastructure. This position will help drive the strategy and efficiency of technology within the entirety of the business.
To be a fit for this role, a background in people leadership and an understanding of ERP systems, associated Enterprise Applications, & current technology trends will be keys to success in this role. Ultimately, this person will be required to wear many hats & help a well-known organization grow and establish their IT department of 10-12 employees.
**This is a salaried position complete with benefits & bonus. Must be local to MN (hybrid work environment) and cannot require sponsorship. **
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4-year technical degree (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of professional experience developing IT solutions
- 7+ years of team management
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP and others)
- Strong communication skills in order to work with team members, peers, vendors, stakeholders, etc.
