Director Financial Reporting
One of the fastest growing PE companies in Chicago is investing in their accounting team and looking for someone to lead and build out their financial reporting function. You’ll report to a sharp Assistant Controller where we’ve placed several people under and he prides himself on building out strong teams that are process improvement focused.
On day 1, you’ll be asked to start assessing the team, environment and needs and begin building a plan with the leadership team to help identify and prioritize strategic initiatives. Ideal for someone who wants to bring their energy and talents to an organization raising the talent bar.
