Director, Investor Relations
We are working with a $3B MN based, worldwide provider of innovative solutions for the outdoor environment to help them find a Director of Investor Relations.
This person will drive all aspects of investor relations and will cultivate and shape the investor relations strategy. This is an exciting position that will work closely with senior leadership across the firm to create unified communications of the company's value proposition to the analyst community.
We are looking for a candidate that has 15 years of experience with 5 directly in Investor Relations. We are looking for a strong communicator that can work well with the analyst community, drive and implement change and is an excellent critical thinker. Experience with Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Capital Markets is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Leverage strong investor relations experience and network to recommend action plans to strategically enhance and broaden investor outreach and analyst coverage.
- Help develop clear, concise and compelling presentations, communications and other materials to support stakeholder interactions such as quarterly earnings release/calls, board presentations, non-deal road shows and conferences and other investor events/meetings.
- Create and execute strategies to build relationships and attract investors, engage existing investors, and communicate effective with research analysts.
- Develop and maintain competitive analysis and consensus/analyst estimate reports, and stay apprised of market opinions, attitudes, and reactions to key company issues, peer news, and industry trends.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field required.
- MBA, and/or certifications such as CFA, CPA or IRC are desirable.
- Minimum of 15+ years Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Capital Markets Research, and/or Equity Research (sell-side or buy-side) experience is required, with a preference for at least 5 of those years directly involved in Investor Relations.
- Strong critical thinking, financial acumen, project management, analytical skills, attention to detail.
- Strong communicator and team player with excellent organizational skills
