Director of Accounting
Location: Blaine
Hybrid: on-site 3-4 days a week
We’re partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing company looking for a Director of Accounting to lead the North American accounting function. This role is for someone who enjoys being hands-on with the numbers while shaping process, systems, and people.

Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly close and ensure accuracy across multiple entities and systems.
- Explain results and help leadership make better decisions.
- Oversee accounting policies, GAAP compliance, and audit readiness.
- Build, coach, and develop a small but high-performing accounting team.
- Partner with IT and Finance on ERP improvements and automation.
- Drive continuous improvement across accounting processes and controls.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred).
- Strong GAAP knowledge and multi-entity consolidation experience.
- CPA/CMA a plus, but not required.
