Director of Client Services
Our client is a Minneapolis-based non-profit with 200 employees in the Financial Services industry. This is an opportunity to join an organization with great momentum into 2023.
Currently the Operations team is looking to hire a Director of Client Services to oversee two teams of 6-8. To be a fit, we are looking for someone with people management experience; ideally managing managers. Secondly, we are looking for someone that comes from a financial services, health insurance, or benefits background as the domain knowledge will be crucial to be successful. Lastly, we are targeting someone that has experience leading a support/call center team; not only from a reactive perspective, but from a proactive service perspectice. Forward thinking will be important as this part of the business is growing and this hire will be expected to fuel that growth.
This is a full time, permanent position in Minneapolis (working largely remotely) and comes with a very competitive compensation package and benefits.
Must be local to Minnesota, and cannot require sponsorship.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Local to MN
- 4 year degree; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of people management experience; managing managers preferred
- Experience running a call center/contact center team & service delivery
- Experience within healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration
- Cannot require sponsorship
