Director Technical Accounting
We are working with a dynamic publicly traded CPG company in the heart of Chicago that is looking to build out their technical accounting function. They have a sharp leadership team where both the CFO and Corporate Controller come from a Fortune 50 and 100 backgrounds. They’ve built out their controllership function and given the scale/growth of the organization – both organically and through acquisitions – looking to bring on their first technical accounting leader.
You will be responsible for building a team, working closely with the C-Suite and operate in a dynamic environment. They have a beautiful office and operate in a collaborative onsite environment.
We are looking for at least 8 years of experience with a preference for a “builder”, someone who can work with ambiguity and someone who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves as the company continues to scale. If you have strong experience in the manufacturing/CPG space and looking for an environment where you can make a big impact and work with others who are passionate about what they do I’d love to hear from you!
