EC/VC Associate Attorney – Chicago
SkyWater Search Partners is working with an AmLaw 200 firm to find a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Venture Capital practice in Chicago.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in public and private securities offerings, growth equity and venture capital transactions, private equity transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and dispositions. Extensive EC/VC experience is not required (but candidates should have a desire to focus in the area).
