Employment Attorney
SkyWater Search Partner is assisting a reputable Minneapolis firm with its search for an employment attorney (partner or counsel) to join the team. The ideal candidate will have counseling and litigation experience, including wage & hour, Title VII complaints, ADA, FMLA, non-compete agreements, compensation & benefits, employee investigations, and more.
This person should be comfortable mentoring associates and willing to participate in training and educational seminars. A book of business (any size) is preferred, but strong candidates without a book will be considered.
