ERP/IT Manager
We are working with a retail company in the Twin Cities – this family-owned organization has been around since 1978. They are in growth mode and working on some exciting modernization efforts within IT. I met with the President of the company today and he has focused his efforts on taking the company to the next level.
They are looking for an IT/ERP Manager. This person will join during the early stages of an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) implementation where they can really put their stamp on how the system is set up. This person will be a key element in IT strategy within the entire organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to not only run the IT department, but to continue to grow in their career.
This is an in-office role with a company that has solid benefits, awesome company culture, and remote flexibility when life happens (sick kids, snowstorms, etc.).

Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience implementing an ERP system – specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Wear many hats – from the occasional Wi-Fi issue to overall IT strategy of the company
- Ability to work cross functionally with every department
- We are looking for someone that is driven, motivated, and excited to learn/grow
- 5 days a week in office in Eden Prairie, MN is required
