Due to our continued growth in Chicago, SkyWater Search Partners is currently looking to hire an Executive Recruiter that will focus exclusively on the Chicago market and sit in our Carlson Towers office in Minnetonka. You'll be surrounded by highly energized and passionate recruiters who have proven track records of building and establishing relationships – all of whom will cheer on your successes and provide valuable coaching and mentoring.

You'll reporting directly to the leader of the practice and be exposed daily to conversations with the hiring leaders and candidates we work with. While being able to bring in work and build relationships on your own is critical there is enough work today where you'll be given search on day 1.

You will play a critical role in ensuring we continue to recruit and place the most talented professionals across the Chicagoland market!

  • Recruit/attract qualified candidates for employment from initial sourcing and contact, through the full-cycle interview process.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including new clients & search partners
  • Partner with both existing & new clients as a consultant
  • Screen all resumes for qualifications and position requirements and manage all recruiting related information through our internal database.
  • Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews for candidates.
  • Thoroughly review applicant information including employment application and references to ensure qualifications meet specifications.
  • Conducts preliminary interviews of qualified candidates. Refers acceptable candidates for the next level of interview, as well as coordinating the interview.
  • Utilize professional networking sites to identity and source candidates.
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
  • Conduct reference and background checks for candidates.
  • Perform other special projects as assigned.
