As an Executive Recruiter you will run a full desk.  You will be responsible for everything from generating new clients, maintaining existing accounts, recruiting active and passive talent within your practice area and running high level searches.  Successful ER’s are incredibly motivated, hard-working with an extreme attention to detail and client service.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit/attract qualified candidates for employment from initial sourcing and contact, through the full-cycle interview process.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including new clients & search partners
  • Partner with both existing & new clients as a consultant for their hiring needs

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A team player who is also highly motivated by individual results
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence
  • 3+ years experience working in a professional recruiting capacity
  • High level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and work ethic
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting
