SkyWater Search Partners is partnering exclusively with a privately-held manufacturing company outside of Minneapolis. They proudly celebrated their 50th year anniversary in 2022, hitting record numbers, expanding their production, engineering, warehousing and office space and adding to the team, across all disciplines.
I’m happy to share that the search we’ll be conducting for this organization is a Field Service Manager position, with direct oversight of staff here in the US and working alongside their facility in Asia, as well.
The technologies and product lines they design and provide to their customers are incredibly hi-tech and niche. There are only a handful of companies that can be compared, in the world. They also get to partner with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, within several technology sectors.
