Finance Manager
SkyWater is excited to be working on a Finance Manager search (newly created role!) with a high-growth PE-backed construction company based in Minneapolis. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will build out and refine the FP&A function by creating and carrying out planning and analysis capabilities, preparing financial models, and designing reports. This person will play a critical role in compiling and presenting key financial information to the executive team to help make strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate company consolidated financial and operational performance trends. Articulate trends and provide resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications
- Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability to establish goals and measure business performance around profitability, working capital management, and cash flow
- Prepare financial models and design and implement reports and analyses
- Supervises 1 direct report
- Suggest and implement continuous improvement ideas and best practices
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related degree 7+ years of related finance experience Advanced Excel Mentorship/leadership experience of a small team highly preferred
