General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for the overall business and HVAC/Plumbing service teams including sales, P&L, installation, customer service, employee career development, budgeting. This person will lead a team of 12 including HVAC service team members, Plumbing team members, and a small (but growing) sales team.
$90,000-$120,000 + 20% Bonus
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of plumbing and HVAC installation, service, sales, and customer service
- Create, approve, and achieve quarterly and annual budgets
- Manage staffing levels and actively take part in recruiting, retention, and career development of your team
- Schedule, lead, and provide support to technicians and sales team
- Align strategy decisions with company goals
- Foster and grow a positive team culture
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4+ years managing and leading service and installation teams in a residential HVAC or Plumbing setting
- 4+ years experience servicing and installing HVAC and/or Plumbing Systems
- Associate's Degree in HVAC Systems or a related field is nice to have, not a requirement
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
