The HRBP role will drive organizational success through cross functional engagement. This role will be hands-on and responsible for running the daily functions of Human Resources including recruiting, payroll, benefits, talent management, and enforcing company policies and practices. Strategically engaged in driving process and program development that cultivate engagement and growth within the business. This is a hybrid role (4 days onsite) in Chaska.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, performance management, development, leave management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS system (Paylocity), including personnel, benefits, and performance data.
  • Lead Performance and Development Program (PDP) administration across the organization, including communication, training, tracking completion, and organizational review support.
  • Compile and complete bi-weekly payroll.
  • Manage benefits processes through HRIS, including open enrollment, day-to-day administration, life changing events and benefits termination.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and support the overall total rewards strategy.
  • Partner with management team to ensure company policy adherence and compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Track and monitor HR analytics for organizational development opportunities.
  • Leverage the culture and safety committee to drive a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience recruiting for a wide range of roles.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a general HR role with increasing responsibilities preferred.
