HR Digital Marketing Manager
Our client is searching for their next HR Digital Marketing Manager to lead their Brand and Advertising team. In this role, you will guide the team to implement innovative and creative marketing plans to reach prospective hires where they live: through social, digital, and traditional mediums.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Brand and Advertising team.
- Assist in marketing for all recruitment efforts.
- Oversee the career site, job boards, Google ads and other digital and non-digital channels.
- Manage copy and creative assets to ensure design is relevant, interesting and consistent with our Corporate assets.
- Monitor and report spend and performance of advertising.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Management experience required.
