SkyWater is excited to be partnering with a privately held global company in Chaska, MN who is looking to add an HR Director to their executive leadership team! We are looking for an HR professional who will help to develop, motivate, and grow the company. This position requires someone with a strong execuitve presence, and the ability to motivate and lead change. o Active member of the Management Team with responsibility to determine quarterly HR initiatives and our annual business plan o Develop local HR strategy that aligns with both our global growth strategy and our local commercial growth strategy o Respond to general HR inquiries from all associates o Develop an annual performance and development process that drives accountability and career enrichment o Lead our recruitment process for all open positions o Collaborate with peer Directors to develop company update content and messaging to keep our associates informed on the results of the business o Monitor industry and regional compensation and benefits trends o Develop and lead a consistent and effective associate onboarding process o Collaborate with your organizational HR peers to develop and drive new HR initiatives to support our global growth strategy and workforce development initiatives o Lead our participation in and develop communication plans for local charity and community events o Ensure our HR systems comply with legal requirements o Develop and manage annual HR budget to maximize associate engagement o Lead change management processes in support of our local commercial growth strategy o Periodic review and updating of our associate handbook and company policies o Sponsor and mentor the emerging leaders team o Manage relationships with 3rd-party payroll and benefits providers, employment legal counsel, and recruitment firms

Desired Skills and Experience

o Bachelor’s degree in a business or human resources discipline (post graduate degree preferred) o Minimum of 5 years of experience in various Human Resources roles and a proven track record of working with managers to develop associates and build strong teams o Ability to think strategically and help other departments execute their initiatives o High level of energy and enthusiasm for communicating and motivating the team o Ability to learn the company product offering and understand the customer industries and applications we serve o Experience with managing an associate performance management and development system o Superior organization skills, excellent time management skills, and commitment to deadlines o Emotional self-awareness, ability to reflect on actions, and self-confidence to drive initiatives o Ability to influence peers to commitment and courage to stand up for what is right
