Human Resources Business Partner
Our client is a leading food manufacturer located outside of Topeka, KS. This role leads all HR initiatives for a site of approximately 400 employee.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution. Our client offers outstanding benefits and a competitive compensation plan.
Responsibilities
- Use input from employees to optimize the quality of work life
- Create and implement the annual Affirmative Action plans for the plant.
- Coach and mentor 2 direct reports.
- Perform all duties related to the Human Resources role.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience leading and supporting strategic initiatives, influencing others, and driving results, required
- Prior plant operations experience is required
- Written and verbal Spanish skills are preferred
- Bilingual capabilities
- Strong leadership skills/ability to lead innovation and change
