Human Resources Generalist
Our client in Downtown Minneapolis is looking to add a HR Generalist who can come alongside their Human Resources Director to help set up processes and drive organization throughout the HR function.
Responsibilities
- Set up formal HR processes and road maps
- Build out ADP Workforce Now Capabilities and understanding how to use its potential
- Support HRD during HRIS/Payroll implementation
- Full-cycle recruiting
- Facilitate interviews
- Onboarding/offboarding
- New hire orientations; prepare and present
- Benefits administration and open enrollment
- Special projects as assign
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience with ADP
- Self-starter
- Innovative and driven to share new ideas
