Human Resources Generalist
SkyWater Search is partnering with a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing company as they look to add an HR Generalist to their corporate HR team! This candidate will work with a close-knit team and get involved in a wide variety of duties within the HR function. The company has an open, collaborative and down-to-earth culture.

Responsibilities
-Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. -Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs. -Assists with recruiting, campus relations, and various career fairs. -Assist with leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. -Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate leaders. -Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Desired Skills and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. -At least four years of human resource management experience preferred. SHRM-CP a plus.
