Human Resources Manager
SkyWater is working with a dynamic food-production organization located in central Minnesota to hire their next Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the full suite of HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, on-going performance management, policy and procedure development and adherence to state and federal legislation. •Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including posting open positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
•Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
•Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
•Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters including performance management, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
•Adherence and upkeep of state and federal regulations
•Oversight of payroll processing within ADP
•HRIS and benefits administration
Desired Skills and Experience
•Degree in Human Resources, Communications or related degree
•Willingness and desire to shape, lead and expand the human resources function in a growing organization
•Systems savvy with previous ADP experience (or similar HRIS system preferred)
•Strong data analysis skills with the ability to collect, analyze and present HR metrics to inform decision-making
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels of the organization
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word and Outlook
•Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
•Demonstrated experience directly engaging customers and employees
•Ability to work in a hands-on environment and collaborate effectively across functional groups
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
