Industrial Outside Sales Representative
SkyWater is partnering with one of the largest independent service-based HVAC companies in the United States to add a +1 to their high performing Outside Sales Team. This well-established company has over $900 million in annual sales and 3,300 employees, This individual will be responsible for supporting their current demand and identifying new business possibilities to pursue in the area. This person will report directly to the Director of Sales.
As a member of their high-performing Outside Sales Team, you will play a strategic role in securing new contract agreements within the commercial building space while continuously maintaining and improving relationships with an existing client base. Responsibilities
- Generate sales within existing and new customers
- Prepare and process sales quotes and orders
- Make recommendations to customers based on your inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
- Follow up on company provided leads and generate your own prospects and referrals.
- Present high-value proposals to sales leaders, trainers and c-level executives.
- Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development or commercial sales
- Strong relationship building skills
