Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
SkyWater Search Partners is working with an acclaimed national IP boutique law firm looking to add an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to its Minneapolis office. This firm represents big-name clients and is a major player in all things Intellectual Property.
An ideal candidate has a few years of experience with federal and state intellectual property litigation, including work with the ITC, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition. Science and engineering undergraduate degrees are a plus but not required. High academic achievement required.
