IT Administrator
A long time client of ours is looking to bring on an IT Administrator to their mass tort department. This role will be responsible for helping their team with all technology and social media needs. The primary focus will be on managing their database, and the perfect candidate will embrace the responsibility of becoming the subject matter expert on the platform.
This nationally recognized law firm practices primarily in bankruptcy and mass torts, and so they have thousands of clients all over the nation. They need a technically strong candidate, with a desire for the fast paced work of a major law office, who can manage this large amount of data. This a fully on-site position in St. Paul.
Responsibilities
- Assist all team members with Microsoft products
- Help the firm with website and social media development
- Manage vendor relationships (database, SEO tools, etc)
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe
- Database experience, SmartAdvocate preferred
- Exposure to DocuSign, Constant Contact, Betwext
- Experience in a Legal environment is highly preferred
