IT Manager (O365, Cisco)
SkyWater has partnered with an established organization in the Twin Cities metro to locate and hire an IT Manager. They are proud to have a healthy work culture and tenured leadership team. This is a direct-hire position and requires this person to be onsite at their office.
This IT leadership role in particular is overseeing a small team within the network/systems/help desk space (Windows, AD, Cisco, Cloud, etc). They are hoping for a strong people leader, but someone that also has the technical know-how to guide the team to success. This is a consumer-facing lineup of products and this team regularly deals with vendors, partners, and customers.
They have this slotted as a direct-hire position with a six-figure salary and benefits. Must be local to the Twin Cities and able to regularly commute. No sponsorship available at this time.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience working as an Engineer or Admin within Technology Infrastructure
- Experience with Windows and Cisco products
- Great organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be local to Minnesota and cannot require sponsorship.
