IT Operations Specialist
Our client is in the IoT space working with connected devices – Their focus on innovation and “Sensor Intelligence” has allowed them to develop products for every phase of production in the automotive, packaging, electronics, food and beverage, consumer goods, storage and conveyor, robotics, material handling, oil and gas, chemical, power, maritime industries and more.
Our client is looking for an IT Operations/Production professional that will oversee the design and development of operational projects and strategic initiatives. They will support day to day issues to ensure reliability of operations applications, systems, and processes. This includes gathering business requests, translating to technical offering, and partnering with the global operations team to propose options that will best support the business.
This is a direct hire role with hybrid flexibility, competitive benefits and the opportunity for growth within the team.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
- 4+ years of production/operations IT support and project implementation
- Production/operations background is required
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows is required
- Hybrid role – candidates must be local to Minnesota
